Countora calculators give estimates for general information. A result is only as good as the numbers you enter and the assumptions explained on each page. We work to keep every calculator accurate, but we can't guarantee that a result is right for your situation.
Health calculators
Health calculators use published formulas and official guidance that describe population averages. They aren't medical advice and can't diagnose, treat or rule out any condition. Results for an individual can be off, especially for athletes, older adults, pregnant people or people with medical conditions. For decisions about your weight, diet, pregnancy, sleep or other health matters, talk to a doctor or another qualified health professional.
Finance and tax calculators
Finance calculators show estimates based on the rates and amounts you enter. They aren't financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Lenders and card issuers may calculate interest differently and add fees. Tax rules include credits, limits and special cases that a calculator can't cover. Before making a decision, confirm the figures with your lender or card issuer. For tax questions, check IRS guidance or talk to a qualified tax professional.
Construction and DIY calculators
Material estimates are for planning and buying. They don't replace a contractor, engineer or local building code. Check structural requirements, such as footing sizes, post depths and deck spans, with your local building department. Confirm coverage and quantities with the product label or your supplier before ordering.
Math calculators
Math calculators give exact or symbolic answers, and each page explains the method with a worked example. If you're using them for coursework, use them to check your own working, not to replace it.
